We are great sinners, but we have a greater Savior.

I have the same everyday struggles as the next guy, but my strength to resist temptation and sin in my life comes only from Christ, and He can do the same for you too. No matter what, He'll always pick you up when you fall. i recently switched to Church Music as my major, which is basically a ministry degree..and i'm so stoked! i have a huge heart for ministry, missions and music, so a combo of the three would be incredible.

One of my biggest struggles is making sure God's plan is my plan, and not letting my plans get in the way. I found my Proverbs 31 wife, and she is such a blessing to me. Learning to take a backseat and giving God the steering wheel of my life is a constant struggle, and my faith in Him is being tested every day.


I was challenged a couple years ago to allow myself to become a spectacle for God so that He gets the glory for what He is doing. It's important that those of us in ministry remember that we are not called to be solely great leaders, well respected and expounders of the Gospel, God delights in using those who acknowledge themselves as weak and flawed, yet because of His grace His glory comes through what we do.

He is faithful.
